All orders are fulfilled through our logistics hubs in the United States and Hong Kong, ensuring fast delivery wherever you are.
Preparation Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.
During peak periods or unexpected delays, shipping times may vary slightly.
Carriers
We work exclusively with trusted international couriers — DHL, UPS, and EMS — selected automatically based on your location for the fastest and most secure service.
1. Shipping Details
“Ready to Ship” items usually leave our warehouse within 24–48 hours.
Depending on stock availability, your order may ship from our U.S. fulfillment center or Hong Kong logistics facility.
2. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel in real time.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, carrier, and weight.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — check our website or newsletter for active deals.
4. Packaging
Every Kingwinder is carefully inspected, securely boxed, and placed in a protective shipping carton to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
5. Multiple Items
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately from different warehouses.
If this occurs, you’ll receive individual tracking numbers for each parcel.
6. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your delivery address before completing checkout.
Kingwinder cannot be held responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
7. Delivery Acceptance
Make sure someone is available to receive the package.
If no one is present, the courier will leave a delivery notice or attempt redelivery according to local policy.
8. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Once an order is processed, modifications or cancellations are only possible if the shipment hasn’t been dispatched yet.
