Refund, Exchange & Repair Policies for Watch Winders

At Kingwinder, we want every purchase to be effortless and worry-free.

Our policies are designed to protect both our customers and the craftsmanship that defines every Kingwinder watch winder.

Please review the following guidelines for refunds, exchanges, and repairs.

1. Refund Policy

Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date.

  • The item must be unused and in original condition (no marks, scratches, or installation damage).

  • All tags, stickers, and protective films must remain intact.

    (If protective covers are removed, the return request cannot be accepted.)

  • Include original packaging (box, manuals, power adapters, accessories, cushions).

  • Provide a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Refund Process

  1. Contact Kingwinder Customer Service to initiate a return and share photos or video of the item.

  2. Upon approval, securely package the product and ship via a trackable, insured courier (local postal service or EMS recommended).

  3. Once received and inspected, eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.

  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

2. Exchange Policy

Eligibility

  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and include all original packaging and tags.

    (If protective films are removed, we must decline the exchange request.)

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact Customer Service and specify the model you wish to exchange for.

  2. After approval, ship the original item back via a trackable, insured courier.

  3. Once inspected and approved, we’ll dispatch the replacement unit.

  4. Any price difference between models will be billed or refunded accordingly.

3. Warranty & Repair Policy

Warranty Coverage

  • All Kingwinder watch winders include a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use.

  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs/modifications, or power surges.

  • Service and repairs are handled through authorized Kingwinder service partners in the United States and Hong Kong.

Repair Process

  1. Contact Customer Service for troubleshooting and verification.

  2. If the product qualifies for warranty service, we’ll provide authorized service instructions.

  3. If out of warranty, we offer paid repair services with an estimated quote before proceeding.

  4. Ship the item carefully via a trackable and insured courier.

  5. After inspection, we’ll share a repair timeline and return shipping details.

    All repairs are performed by qualified technicians to restore your winder’s functionality and aesthetics.
